The thing we designed it around: our production data shows users reject 81% of AI suggestions before sending one — people are not hunting for the “smoothest” line, they are hunting for the one that sounds like them. Plug is built around one loop: screenshot in, replies out, on your phone. If your entire dating life happens in mobile screenshots and you want the shortest path from “stuck” to “reply,” it is a solid pick at ~$4.99/week. The cheapest dedicated tool here (~$1.50–$3.75/week), and the only one that treats your profile as seriously as your messages — photo feedback and bio rewriting alongside openers and replies. If your matches are scarce, the profile is usually the real problem, and YourMove is the only app on this list that starts there. Where it loses: reply generation is more basic than SmoothRizz or RIZZ, and there is no mobile app — it is web-first.
Keys AI — help while you type
Keys replaces your iOS keyboard, so suggestions appear inside Tinder or Hinge while you type — no screenshot round-trip at all. That workflow is genuinely different from everything else here and some people strongly prefer it. Where it loses: iOS only, the keyboard needs broad permissions (which some users are uncomfortable granting), and you give up the compare-several-options flow.
ChatGPT — the free option everyone already has
Honest inclusion: a well-prompted ChatGPT produces replies competitive with any dedicated tool, free. The cost is friction — you describe the situation, paste the conversation, specify the tone, and iterate, every single time.
